All digital downloads and eCourses are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Workshops (Video eCourses)
Workshops are self-paced and delivered as video e-courses with pre-recorded instruction. As with all digital offerings, workshops are non-refundable and final sale. Once purchased, you will have access to the materials to complete at your own pace.
Original Artwork & Physical Products
Returns for original artwork and physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to discuss a possible return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Nature of My Artwork
The artwork I create is imperfect, raw, and deeply expressive. I embrace the beauty of imperfections—marks, textures, and organic qualities that make each piece one of a kind. If you are looking for pristine, factory-finished work, my art may not align with those expectations.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@karenmichel.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
For lost packages, please check with your local postal service. We are not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
