Payment
Payments can be made by credit card using either PayPal or Square. Checks and money orders are not currently accepted.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. After your order is received it is shipped within 2-4 business days. Digital content is available immediately after payment.
Please be aware that international shipping may incur customs charges. If you do not see your country as an option at checkout just let me know 🙂
Returns
As digital products can’t be returned they are final sale. If you encounter any technical issues please let me know so can help you access your videos or files.
Original artwork can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds
Due to my products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable unless they are received damaged. This return policy lasts 7 days. Item must be returned in protective shipping material. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a email notification acknowledging return received follows by an email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
