The Book of Una | A Folk Gospel of Mugwort

“She grows where no one plants her.

She thrives in the cracks.

At the edge of what is known, she waits.”

The Book of Una is a folk gospel of Mugwort—dreamweaver, edgewalker, and keeper of forgotten women’s wisdom.

Rooted in poetry, remembrance, and spirit-led storytelling, this film invites you into Una’s world: the borderlands between dream and waking, past and future, the seen and unseen.

She is the one who calls the daughters of the in-between—the healers, the seers, the stitchers and weavers.

She rises through concrete and marsh, whispering the old language beneath our feet.

She reminds us that we, too, are medicine.

✸ ✸ ✸

This is her story, as remembered by the wind.

Told with reverence for all those reweaving the threads.

✸ ✸ ✸

To the ones who braid herbs into their hair, who stir memory into tea, who walk the threshold with quiet power, this is for you.

We are the medicine returning.
